February 25, 2013 - I don't usually use a string when I work on my Zentangle Inspired Art - for this one I used a loopy string and filled in the ovals.

February 24, 2013 - I started reading the book One Zentangle A Day by Beckah Krahula

This image is for Days One and Two.

I did do the first exercise where you are to create a unique signature using your initials. I created may variations of my initials only to discover that the signature that I've been using is the best one that I could come up with.  I even had my husband try his hand at working with my initials - without looking at my version he came up with the same one as his favorite. So I guess I'm not going to change my initial signature at this time.

This week's zen's - I'm never sure what to say about what I was thinking about when I was drawing these.  I do have to say that I need a better way to record my images - these lose a lot when I scan them and the only digital camera that I have is my phone and that is only a 4 megapixel camera. My husband thinks I should get the Samsung Note 2 which has an eight megapixel camera. or wait for the the Samsung S4 which has a 13 megapixel camera but doesn't come out for a couple of months. Decisions, decisions....  I will add today's image later. Maybe this evening, maybe tomorrow.

Week Four Tangles - Bad week for me - I was sick all week. I actually took a day off of work - which I very seldom do.
